Glenbard West Girls Volleyball Team Play THIS ONE for PEG
Not only did the Topper Volleyball Team Win their pool at the Joliet Central
Fall Volleyball tournament, but they won with a purpose. Last year the
G-Dub girls met Peg, from Joliet who had been diagnosed with Breast Cancer.
Peg and the 2010 girls formed a relationhip and invited her to their recent
Volleyball for the Cure event. This year, they dedicated their Joliet
Tournament to Peg. The girls presented Peg with flowers and a smile as
she watched them battle their way on the court to victory. Today GW come
back to Glen Ellyn with a championship, with a trophy, with a 12-0 record,
and with a smile on their face and Peg in their heart. WE LOVE YOU PEG
